					<description>i think that is perfectly valid, and also the reason why i have a special indicator to link owners if their link has been reported as &quot;dead&quot; (they see a little '!' after the title in their dashboard).</description>

					<description>Its a judgement call. Sure, many would report that as being &quot;dead.&quot; I probably wouldn't take it out of circulation because, in this case, there is a re-direct, a valid re-direct.

This is also why reporting a link isn't a concrete action, because it is subjective.</description>
